A professional community for leaders of British-curriculum sixth forms across the world.

Why GSFN exists

Leading a sixth form is unlike any other role in education.

Every day, leaders balance academic excellence with student wellbeing, university guidance, pastoral care, safeguarding, enrichment and preparing young people for life beyond school.

Yet many sixth form leaders do this in isolation.

The Global Sixth Form Network exists to connect leaders of British-curriculum sixth forms across the world. Together, we share the ideas, research and practical solutions that improve leadership and create exceptional experiences for every student.

Whether you lead an entire sixth form, oversee Year 12 or Year 13, coordinate university guidance or hold wider responsibility for post-16 provision — this community is for you.

Mission & vision
